    The Atlas V 401 is part of the Atlas V family that is being operated by United Launch Alliance. Since 2002 when Atlas V rockets begun flying, they have a near perfect success rate with only one crash reported as a partial failure. The Atlas V 401 is the smallest of the Atlas V family with features such as no Solid Rocket Boosters as well as a 4.2 meter Payload Fairing.
