    The second version of the Falcon 9 launch vehicle, Falcon 9 v1.1 was developed and finished in 2013, and made its first launch in September of that same year. Designed and manufactured by SpaceX, it had 60% more thrust and weight than its predecessor, the Falcon 9 v1.0. The Falcon v1.1 is known for pioneering the ability to have reusable rockets.
